What's up with my fancy boxes?

I tried to log on to my the fancy account yesterday to check status of my boxes.... I was given an error that my account was deactivated.... I tried signing in with mobile app, facebook, google +, email....nothing worked.... I am more than a little concerned about the 3 boxes I am currently waiting on that I have already paid for. I don't know WHY my account was deactivated, I certainly didn't do it and I am still getting email updates from them (so that is really strange) I emailed customer service but as it is the weekend I assume it will be next week before I get an answer... I still want my account but even if they for whatever reason decided to deactivate my account I still want the boxes I have paid for allready.

My fancy boxes are some of my favs (although I won't lie my personal fav is the homegrown collective as long as it isn't mushrooms) but my next in line is the fancy(s)

I even work hubby up at 3am to ask if he had deactivated my account for over spending (fancy is kinda pricey and I have 3 of them) but he didn't have a clue what I was talking about, said he actually really likes these boxes and wouldn't have canceled them.

I guess I will have to be patient until tomorrow (hopefully tomorrow) for a reply on what happened

  2. hay guys !! same thing here :( and very angry about this ... any way I wanted to ask you what happened with you next ?? I mean did they activated your account again or what did they say to you ????
    hope you can replay to me fast because I preached something cost 700 $ and they deactivated my account :@ and that is just stealing !!!!
